| Basically, I'm asking if you think we should have usertitles as images or text? If we do have images, we can't edit them. If we have text, we can probably add events that you can get your own custom usertitle. For example. Vampir3 creates an event for the best technician ( ) and I win. I would request "Tech Dude!" My usertitles would be like this. Owner Tech Dude! The way to do this is like this. - Code:
-
<b>Owner<br>Tech Dude!</b> So, what's your idea? Have images? Or have text (and have the chance to win your own usertitles.) Ramazan Owner (TEMP) Director of the Community

| Text would likely allow CSS styling to be implemented if they're defined using HTML. I reckon that would allow for an easier degree of customization. "I don't know everything, I just know what I know." ↑ My sig and deviantART. ↑ | |

| I think we should all place down our comments.
With TEXT, we can get so many things. Like if a user has done X amount of good things, we might offer them a usertitle. Maybe they want it NUB!
Example:
Administrator NUB!
But if you get an image, you'd have to constantly create new images and stuff like that for it to be updated.

| I for one, think that the Usertitles we have now are fine... But if you mean sub-titles, as in self-proclaimed titles as for instance: 'Spanish Princess' 'the Cutest' or 'Da Mentor' or something like that, then text could work for those.... Not sure if you would define a job as a title, I would define that as a rank... And I would think a user title is a custom title that you can add for yourself... not sure if we can keep the image Ranks for the Admins and other staff and such, but can add user titles.... I have no knowledge in site coding, so for me its a bit hard to give my opinion... I like the images, and if titles can be added with text, that would be great, if not, then just keep it the way it is in my opinion..... this is my opinion only though.... so if others prefer text, then by all means do what most people suggest.... | Well, that would be a problem.
If the Forumotion host implemented something as "Usertitle Title" then that would work fine because we can label it "ClyDeft's Usertitle" and then put (for example:)
Administrator Da Mentor
But, forumotion hasn't implemented a "usertitle title" (if you know what I mean) so whatever the actual usertitle is, that's its name. Ramazan Owner (TEMP) Director of the Community | |
