| Do you think we should hold a couple community meetings on teamspeak a few times a month to discuss issues (and by issues, I mean everything from forum design to rank promotions and stuff).

Also owner down to mod first If we open up a topic, that is worse. I used to be a staff member at Next Generation Gaming and we had community meetings a few times of the month in teamspeak, and people get to express their thoughts and opinions on Teamspeak which is faster than the forums, whereas you would just have to argue over a per longed period of time since you must wait for replies and such. On Teamspeak, you debate your opinions, and in the end we come up with a solution that is put into effect immediately. - Uproar wrote:

| It's a good idea, but what if someone can't get on? Like me for instance. I seem active because I hop on and off, but there are times I can't get on (for a few hours anyway) due to illness or RL keeping me away. What would you do in that case? | |

| Well, I also thought of this, that the one hosting the meeting would also have a summary written down of the meeting, and anyone who wasn't there, we could just copy + paste them a summary in PM or something. | |

| So after the person that wasn't there got all the information and added their two bits in you could make a post in it's very own section with all of the information and whatever the staff decided on and that way everyone could always go back and look and see if it was covered already or what a meeting was about if they forgot.
